Until then, Chef Josian Cirtin and Mélisse are ready to indulge their guests with Foie for All, an all foie gras tasting menu available nightly until the ban goes into effect. Citrin is unabashedly a lover of foie gras and outspoken when it comes to the new law. \"I don\'t agree that the state should regulate what we serve on our menus; I\'ll comply, but until then, I feel our guests that request foie gras should be able to enjoy this delicacy while they can.\"

The Club Culinaire of Southern California will hold its annual Picnic des Chefs at Vasa Park in Agoura Hills, 2854 Triunfo Canyon Road, where 4 acres of lush mountain side await. Wine Dinner at Napa Valley Grille

Five aged foods paired with five aged beers - this menu is NOT for the squeamish.
